Pricing Policy
Price Range
At tensaxaiacademy.com, a TensaX Innovations Pvt. Ltd. initiative, the pricing has been
customized on the basis of the different courses along with the assistance and materials
provided by our team.
All details of the courses are available on our website or may be clarified prior to registration
with our support team.
Schedule of payment
The duration of our live online classes and the validity of our online courses are fixed. The
course duration and validity are clearly mentioned within the description of these courses.

Renewal & payment of monthly courses
Our courses offered on a monthly basis will require monthly payments. The payment is due
by the date as confirmed for your respective course by our associates. The team will share an
email upon delay of the payment and a respective late fees may be applicable in case of non
payment after 2 missed payments.
Availability & Access to our course material
We all learn at a different pace. For each course, you will have access to all course materials
(downloadable and/or video) for 10 days after the completion of the course. Similarly, to
consider the assignment as completed, you will have the option to complete all assignments
upto 10 days after completion of the course.
Our assistance sessions may be scheduled upon request. However, a missed live session and/
or assistance session would still count towards one compl
We understand that you have prior commitments and may need to change the preset schedule of
classes. We would be happy to help you with that.
• In case of inability to attend a scheduled session, our team must be informed at least 6
hours or more in advance to avoid the session being counted towards the total number of
hours. We would be able to reschedule for 2 separate sessions.
• We understand last minute issues do pop-up on occasion and it is impossible to notify
about such plans. We offer 1 rescheduled session for a missed class.
The session content will be covered in the next scheduled session and the total number of sessions
would remain the same. In case of missed session/last minute cancellation, we would be unable to
reschedule the session beyond the sessions mentioned above.
Refund Policy
Live Online Classes
If for some reason you wish to discontinue from the Live Customized Online Classes before
the commencement of the first class for the batch that you signed up, we will refund 50% of
the fees.
However, if you discontinue after the commencement of the first class for the batch that you
enrolled for, no refund will be made, notwithstanding the number of classes you attended till
such time. We do offer provisions on deferring the course to another section of dates that
would be more suitable for you to join in on.
Discontinuation of the course will be considered final upon receipt of the same in email to
business@tensax.com.
If for some reason, TensaX AI Academy, decides to discontinue a batch that you have
enrolled for, we will refund fees prorated to the number of classes not conducted by TensaX
as per the description of the course when you enrolled for it. The amount to be refunded in
such cases will NOT depend on the number of classes you attended in that batch.
Refunds in such instances will be processed within 3 weeks from the date of the cancellation
of the course.
Pre-recorded Self-paced Online Courses
We follow a strict No Refund policy for the pre-recorded courses. To help you make an
informed decision, you may request to attend a part of the course prior to registration for it.
Study Material / Correspondence Coruse All of the assignments, media material, online sessions, images and assistive documents are
copyrighted under TensaX Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and distribution of the same without express
consent from TensaX is prohibited.
